A "visitor" to Naples with an unexpected maintenance and repair situation (that could have turned into a real dilemma for me) went as smoothly as possible due to the professional and and courteous behavior of the team at Tamiami Hyundai. Josh at the front desk "settled my nerves" and kept me aware of the work and timeframe necessary. I feel now, I have a "personal" Hyundai dealership with first class service at my disposal, when I regularly visit Naples.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

My wife wanted something comfortable and sporty. This Q5 Premium S-line checked all the boxes. It's comfortable and has zip with the 3.0 supercharged engine. Looking forward to see how it handles MN winters.

I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. I bought a car from here a little over 3 years ago, and now that it's been long enough I definitely need to leave a review. I got a 2015 Dodge Durango that came straight from an auction (I was very sketchy but she was pretty and drove like new) . I had one expensive issue that was immediately fixed under warranty and all I had to pay was the deductible. Since then, I have put 70,000 miles on the SUV, driven to Florida and back twice along with Georgia and back, and when I tell you I have had NO issues, I mean I am still just as in love with her as I was when I originally bought her. Anytime anyone asks me about a used car dealership, this is where I always refer them too. My income was low, my credit was average, but they still worked with me and I left extremely happy.
