I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I spoke to Bob and Liat on the phone before I made the long drive. They quickly confirmed a perfect time for me to bring the car in. I was kindly greeted by Bob the moment I pulled up, parked and hopped out my car. Jared took it from there. Jared and the techs had my car out the garage and me on my way in less than 35 mins! Absolutely great customer service from EAB!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

This is my second review for this fantastic dealership and especially Mr. Mobin Fateh my all time favorite sales representative at Chantilly Audi! Initially Mobin and his team helped my wife to painlessly transition from her previously leased vehicle to a brand new Audi Q3. I was in the market for another car as well and had few cars in mind. Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

He helped me get all the details I requested even before I came in. He is a very respectful and no pressure gentleman who has excellent communication skills. I got the transaction done quick and easy.
