Audi Naples review
I just got my first car and it still does not feel real. I picked up a progressive red 2026 Audi S3 fully loaded from Audi Naples and the whole experience was incredible. Jeff Sawick helped me through the entire process from the very beginning all the way to driving off the lot. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Greg Abraham, GM; Carlos Caraballo, Gen.Sales Mngr, and Vinnie Incorvaia, Sales Mngr. - My partner has been leasing and buying cars there for 14 years, so I followed suit. I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. My wife and I were in need of a car ASAP as we just moved from the midwest. After looking at some options we reached out to Audi of Sarasota. We feel blessed that we were introduced to Luis Colmenares (Sales Associate). He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he made our experience pleasant. He definitely went out of his way to make things easy on us. He was professional, yet friendly without the pressure to make a sale. Bought my first Audi yesterday and the sales people were wonderful especially Luis Colmenares. He was so patient with us and looked at all the different models and features till I finally decided. He was very knowledgeable about different brands too, very well versed in his field. Tony the sales manager (I believe) gave me more for my trade in than all the other dealers. And since it was end of month, I landed a great rebate too! Go see these guys for your next car! Oh and did I say that I LOVE my new Q8?? Add that too!
