Audi HendersonReviews
Audi Henderson review
If you’re in the market for an Audi, do not hesitate to see the folks at Audi Henderson! The entire team is great, but the real star is Austin! I’ve worked with him twice now and he is my go-to salesguy. From being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to extremely efficient, he is simply the best. He made sure the whole process of getting a new vehicle was fast and fun too. He was extremely patient as I made up my mind between 2 completely different models, and was very helpful in guiding me to the correct choice. I couldn’t be happier with both my car and my experience with Austin! When I’m ready to make the switch again in the future, I’m sure Austin will again excel in helping me get the car I want!
2025 Audi Q5 review
I bought a 2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. This is my 6th Audi. I couldn't be more pleased with this car so far of 3500k miles.

Had a great experience with Echo Park. This kind of service and hospitality is not to common these days. Kalley & Janel helped us walk out with our new car with a great deal! We’re so thankful for their persistence. We know many others had a hand in our service today so we’re thankful for each and every person that assisted us in person and in the back. We definitely will be back!

Audi Henderson review
We recently relocated to Las Vegas and visited a few dealerships before stopping at Audi Henderson to find a pre-owned car. Austin approached us casually, with knowledge about all models of Audi. He effortlessly helped us through the selection process, then negotiated what we felt was a fair deal. Jason then provided a streamlined experience for the warranties and financials. Thanks Austin and Jason! We had a great experience at Audi Henderson.

I truly had a 5 star experience at the Audi on Sahara for the fourth time! I even drove in from out of state this time and it was absolutely worth it, thanks to Kambiz my salesman. He went above and beyond, his customer service and demeanor is akin to a 5 star/5 diamond level experience. I?ll be back again for my 5th!

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.

LeSueur Car CompanyReviews
LeSueur Car Company review
Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

Walter’s Audi is great!! Romen Artalejo helped me every step of the way and was very thorough in explaining the perks of the car and the entire financing process. I came in a few days before Christmas and needed more time to think about the purchase, Romen was understanding and supportive about my need to wait. When I came back the day after Christmas Romen was readily available again to help me get the car of my dreams. He is very courteous and professional, making the whole process seamless! Definitely purchasing my next Audi from Walter’s again!

Audi Ontario review
Tania Ashraf, the Audi Brand Specialist of the Ontario dealership assisted my wife and I in the purchase of our Audi SQ5. She was extremely professional and never tried to pressure us to buy one of their SQ5’s when they did not have the color we wanted. Tania helped locate the car we wanted from another dealership and eventually delivered the car to our house.

If you are planning to contact the sales team of Walter's Audi and you need to pick a guy to work with choose Romen Artalejo. He will assist you in every way he can, he is sincere, polite, honest, very communicative and will work with you to make it happen. As an out of state buyer I recently bought an high end car from this dealership and Romen did a 5 star job and I am very pleased and highly recommend him as your salesmen at Walter's Audi
