Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I was looking for a preowned A8 L. My local Audi dealer referred me to Carlsbad because they had a preowned S8. All interactions were no pressure. I haven't owned cars for the last 6 years since I've been out of the country. Due to COVID-19, I moved back to the US which means time to shop for cars! I've dealt with multiple salespeople over the last 3 weeks as we searched for a Q5 and RS3. Most of it has been unpleasant due to varying degrees of ineptitude, blatant lies or bad customer service. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Junior And Billy were great! As I arrived junior helped me out quickly, he told me straight up how long it was going to take, which I appreciate, when I went back to pick the jeep up the next day Billy gave me an update on everything the was done to the car. Everything was quick and easy. Thanks!

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.
