Tasca Volkswagen White Plains review
Tatiana was wonderful! Excellent customer service! I was a little uneasy when I found out a loaner vehicle wasn’t available, but she went above and beyond to work with me in every way possible. She never turned me away and made sure my car was taken care of and the issue was completely resolved. She was knowledgeable, sincere, and truly cared about helping me. Definitely need more people like her in this world! I highly recommend this service center. They truly care about solving problems and helping their customers.
2018 Audi Q5 review
Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Carlos was immensely helpful when my mother was shopping for a used car to replace a stolen one. He guided her through the process, displayed empathy, and none of the strong-arm or hard-sell tactics I've seen at other used car lots.
2016 Audi Q5 review
We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Great, customer-focused service by Service Advisor Noah Reed and the team. Highly recommend them.
2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

🚘💭I got a good car, at a good price all thanks to ASHLEY! I LOVE the customer service. I really appreciate the effort that they put in to making the sale happen, and getting my credit approved. I am happy with the car. I am happy with the price. Now, my credit is better than it was before, and even new credit cards are being approved! Thank you :) 💳 I spoke with the competitors after the fact, and they confirmed that I got a good deal. They admitted that they would have charged me more! Also, they might not have even approved me to begin with.
2019 Audi Q5 review
The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

European Auto Expo review
Great car. In fact, I would treat it like a new gadget. Using the autopilot is a real thrill.
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.
