We had a wonderful experience again at Audi of Beverly Hills. We are going on a trip and at the last moment wanted to have our car serviced, They fit us in. Since they had already committed their loaner cars they had one of their staff drive us home (it was only about a mile). They were able to complete the job on that day. Our service manager, Ken Kritzer, kept us informed of the progress, and called in the afternoon to say that the only extra thing he suggested was to have the tires rotated and the car would be finished by 5:00 PM. We trust Ken completely as he has been our service manager for over 20 years. He has been especially helpful at showing us how to use the advanced technology of the car. Recently, when we couldn't figure out how to turn off the 'need air in tires' warning after we had put air in the tires, even though very busy, he came out to the parking lot, solved the problem, and showed us how to handle it in the future. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Courteous, helpful, and service you can count on.
I've had two opportunities to visit the service department and both times I have been very satisfied from initial greeting to handing back the keys. The work they performed seemed to be thorough and they explained the work they planned and executed it accordingly; once for 10k check up and the other for recall work.
My car is out of warranty so most work I do myself but I like to bring it to the Audi dealer at least once per year for thorough inspection by an objective pair of eyes and get any service done at that time, it may be a little more expensive but loaners are available at no cost and that's a huge bonus for me.
Service manager, Eric Smith, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Responsive, courteous, and professional, Eric and his team made sure our needs were met. Audi should take note of this exceptional, customer focused approach as a role model for all of their other dealerships. Great job and thank you.
My service advisor was Jim Cornell. I arrived 15 mins. earlier before my 845am maintenance appt. and was greeted promptly by various staff members. Jim was exceptional in his customer service, was highly knowledgable about what maintenance my 2006 car needed, quoted me a good price on the possible costs of my services and constantly updated me on the progress of my car as I was waiting in the waiting area for 3 hours for my repairs. The waiting lounge was clean, had complimentary coffee, teas, cookies, had multiple tvs. It was great just to sit for 3 hours and read my magazines that I brought and get a time out from school, work, kids, etc. It was actually nice just to do nothing! :) My car was given a complimentary wash and they even polished my wheels and tires. Jim and the staff were amazing and I trust them with anything my car needs. They don't try to "upsell" you or be too overly pushy about anything. Great teamwork overall at this facility!
