Had a tough start with my purchases of the 2 cars I planned to purchase as salesperson Luis Moreta was very non responsive as time went on and numbers changed as far as my trade in values on my 2 cars. He started at one number and the next day that number went down when I asked for number to possibly go up. First time I?ve ever had that happen. So I was done dealing with him and was planning on going to another dealership. Then I figured I?d give them one more shot and Amy Rodrigue and Nancy Vega made my experience as I would have expected. They were super responsive and listened to me explain my issues with original salesperson. They made the purchases of 2 cars extremely easy and from start to finish everything was put together in just over 24hours. Between me and my parents we have purchased many cars from Salem Hyundai and the relationship was almost going to end going forward but Amy and Nancy repaired it very fast and professionally. Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!

I would like to give five stars to Andrew Coffelt for his patients with an ongoing issue we're having with my car that is difficult to diagnose. Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. A "visitor" to Naples with an unexpected maintenance and repair situation (that could have turned into a real dilemma for me) went as smoothly as possible due to the professional and and courteous behavior of the team at Tamiami Hyundai. Josh at the front desk "settled my nerves" and kept me aware of the work and timeframe necessary. I feel now, I have a "personal" Hyundai dealership with first class service at my disposal, when I regularly visit Naples.

I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

Excellent Service all the way around. Maintenance was completed in a very timely manner. My initial appointment wasn't until 10:30 am. As I did not have any particular things going on so dropped it off at 8:30 am and told them that they could keep it as long as necessary. I received a call at 9:30 am stating that all maintenance had been completed, an our before my scheduled appointment.
