I had an excellent experience at Carmax from start to finish. I traded in my car towards a new(er) one that was transferred from a CT Carmax. Everything went extremely well. I would highly recommend Carmax....Imer Lopez and Rolando were excellent to deal with. The facilities were great, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and more than willing to assist me and my family. They were very patient and knowledgable and did not pressure in any way. I would definately go to Carmax again in the future!

When I got this car (2022 Hyundai Accent SEL) it had 5k miles on it, they sold it as new. I didn’t realize it was being market adjusted and I was being charged 3k above MSRP. The dealership was nice and this was the first car I have ever financed alone. I kind of regretted getting the Accent, but it really grew on me the months I have had it (I got it in August of 2022). I had been driving a 2008 Dodge Charger RT which had a 345HP V8 and 260k miles, it was passed down and became an endless money pit. The highest MPG on the highway I have gotten is 54 average which I was amazed. I am also 6’5 and with the seat and steering wheel adjustment I fit fairly well. Overall this car is very fuel efficient and economical, for the price the exterior styling is not bad. The interior isn’t too shabby either for the price. Just a nice sub compact car, don’t know what else you could expect for 17-21k.

Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

My purchase started online. I was able to see several vehicles that interested me online along their details and CARFAX reports. I requested availability to two cars and I was quickly contacted. I was not hassled, pushed or persuaded to come in to their dealership. I live 2-hours from the the dealership, so I checked their customer ratings and they were very positive so I proceeded to give the salesman information on the car I was planning on trading in. I was able to get a draft trade assessment/allowance on my car from distance by providing them with all of the requested pictures and information they needed. I was very happy with the trade allowance provided to me, so I scheduled a visit to their showroom the following morning at 9am. When I arrived, their showroom looks pristine - clean, beautiful, no clutter and the main car I was interested in was sitting right out in front of the front doors (easy access). I was surprised how big of a lot they had and how much inventory they had - impressive. I was greeted by my salesman and he was very hospitable and knowledgeable. I took the X3 for a test drive and we came back to the the showroom to finalize the deal and financing and it I left soon after with a huge smile on my face. Thank you BMW of Lancaster!!!

I got a lot of head nods on drive home People seem to like it. May be because the new style is eye catching I have owned other sport car. This one is my favorite.

They are extremely through in their diagnosis and very careful to assure they have it repaired correctly. The entire service team communicates well and is very good at what they do.

This SUV accelerates like a sports car. The exterior and interior styling is eye catching. I have only owned it for 3 days and at least 4 people have made positive comments.

Having tried 2 previous garages and receiving no diagnosis of my problem, I tried Faulkner BMW and they immediately diagnosed my issue. The video of my vehicle inspection was a first for me and I found it very informative and spared me and the service center the extended time a verbal explanation would have required. I am throughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service I received at Faulkner. I will be back.

Very happy with this car. Ride and handling is exceptional. Included oil changes under warranty is appreciated. The seats are comfortable for both the driver and passengers.

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Hans and Jeremy were amazing to work with and very flexible. They let me take the truck to get looked over by my mechanic, clearly secure in the truck they were putting on the lot. I would recommend them highly. Looking for a great truck look here first.

I love my Suburban 2019 Premium. It’s so smooth and rides well. The turn radius is crazy good for a truck. The features with the premium are awesome. Well worth the extra money! Gas mileage is great on Highway and average in the city for a 5.7L truck. I only have 60K miles so far, but I take good care of my stuff. My last Suburban 2005 got me 363K miles.

I bought my car used and must say its the best car ever. I love it. However im having a little problem with i guess electrical,in my dash and it sometimes not turning over. However, when i apply my brakes it straightens up. Weird. Im a single, unemployed female at this time so if anyone has an idea what this could be,please feel free to elaborate. Other than this problem. She is my baby. Love it.

I happened across a dealership with a hybrid and snagged it. I did not have to pay any markups, though they tried. I did have to pay for ripoff protection package that dealerships need to stop forcing on customers. The gas milage is great, I'm averaging 40MPGs city and highway. I got the Lariat model and the heated leather seats are great in the winter and very comfortable. The electronics are pretty much state of the art. Overall, no issues to complain about with the truck.

I had a great experience with Sam. This is a great place to get a used prius and have an experienced mechanic to work on it. My gut feeling, Sam is an honest, hardworking guy, and I would do business with him again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

Sam's Auto is growing because they do great work and explain exactly what is going on. They offered me a used replacement part for my prius dash saving me over $300 dollars. Sam's understands the benefits of EV's and hybrids and excels at working on and selling these vehicles. Sam even offers free EV charging at his lot.

Overall very capable vehicle. 3.2L with 4wd/factory trailer tow. Silly things show up like the service 4wd light that comes/goes and radio/controller that resets after replacement. Solid car with a good pedigree.

This was my second vehicle from Morgan Automotive. Why? This family owned operation goes above and beyond in making you happy. Their reputation is well known for great quality and honesty. I never worry driving off the lot about anything, because they stand behind what they sell. This dealership will be around a long time because of honest and very fair transactions.

I have 411,988 miles in my 2005 dodge ram Laramie 4x4 6 speed Cummins diesel.. For an 05 it’s unusually loaded… power leather heated seats factory moonroof factory blue tooth navigation … I don’t know of any option not ordered. This truck runs and drives absolutely amazingly. Only second clutch second set of injectors.Original fuel delivery offers no issues … I service myself with only the best OEM or better parts .Custom dual exhaust sounds awesome…Id drive it anywhere anytime.Have 411k in this and 352k on my 2004 Hemi ram…. I call them my Semi and my Hemi…750,000 miles between the 2 and both original drivetrains…. Love it when people say Japanese cars are the best… I say look at my 2 Dodge odometers!!!

One of the last SUV’s with a real 4x4 and towing capacity. The engine and transmission lasts longer than anything similar. Not the greatest mpg but this is greatly off set by reliability and longevity.

Without a doubt, we would purchase here at Thornton Dover again! The staff made us feel right at home and they have a huge selection!!

I’m largely satisfied with this truck. Two complaints: 1) every time (without fail) I take a look off the road it immediately makes a beeline beyond the lane. There’s no center feeling to the steering so it just rolls downhill from the crown in the road. 2) the USB stick player available in the entertainment system is a joke. If you decide to listen this way it disables Bluetooth and CarPlay until you remove the USB drive and reset the entertainment system. Stupid!

I went with my daughter who was looking to buy her first car and was prepared to deal with a high-pressure salesman. Boy, was I wrong! Pat is personable, honest, and definitely not high-pressure. My daughter got a great car at a great price and the whole experience was terrific. Pat breaks the caricature of the slimy, ruthless car salesman. I would tell anyone looking for a used car to go here first!

The car had great features for a sports car, good handling, and ride . Well appointed interior, but lacked the British real wood finishing on the dash

Wow, the area has a new fab dealership in town. McGinty Motorcars is eat-off-the-floor clean. Pat, the owner, is eager to match the right car with each customer. These cars are so clean, only the odometer belies their age. When you walk into a dealership and it is clean as well as has true style, there should be no doubt as to how hard-working the folks at McGinty Motorcars are as they open this second location. I've purchased several cars from Pat. Not once have I had an issue he was not super quick to resolve. It is a pleasure to buy car(s) from someone who I can gladly send my family to as well. We'll need an additional car sometime soon. I'll be going to McGinty Motorcars. You should, too!

This is a great reliable classic car that looks amazing. The interior is brand new and the paint was done nicely. A great car that will only appreciate in the future.
