Outstanding Birthday Present

I have been the proud owner of the Audi Q5 3.0 for the past 3 years and the time had come to start shopping for a new car because my lease was ending in November of 2018. We brought my Q5 in for it's 35K service and asked to drive a Q7 3.0 while we waited. I loved the Q5, but wanted a little bit bigger of a car for road trips. I had already test driven the 2 Lexus SUV's and the Cadillac Escalade. On this day my goal was to drive the Q7 and the Infinite QX80. Len was ready for us when we were finished signing my Q5 in for service (Michele Lukas is my service adviser and she rocks!!!) Len first showed us all the new features on the Q7, in the showroom, and the differences between it and my Q5. Next was the drive. He started out driving and again showing us the awesome features and then it was my turn. I was comfortable as soon as I got behind the wheel and just loved it. It's drives like a dream, is quiet, fast and was everything I hoped it would be. When we returned to the dealership I told my husband we didn't need to drive the Infinite, that the Q7 was the car for me. Len was my sales associate for my Q5 and we were very happy he was our sales associate for the Q7. He really worked with us in explaining the differences we would have with leasing again versus buying and really went to bat for us once we decided to purchase the vehicle. He got everything setup for us and we were through financing with Gene in no time. Len is a great guy to work with. He is so knowledgeable about the car and was again a pleasure to work with. My husband and I will continue to recommend Audi Cary and Len if anyone is looking for a recommendation. As I mentioned previously, Michele is my service adviser and everyone in the service department is great too. It really is a very nice dealership to work with. Thank you Len for helping me get a great birthday present!!!!!
