Purchasing this car was the best car-buying experience of all time for my husband and me. Len, our sales person was kind, personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. He was patient with our questions. He also inquired about our “list of important car requirements” for our needs. He showed us the possibility of options to help with our decision-making process. This was our first Audi so he gave us some background on the German engineering of the cars, his personal experience with the Audi cars he has owned and the history of Audi excellence. When we called back to discuss the terms, he was available immediately to help us through the process. When we were ready to take the car, he had it cleaned up and ready to go. He walked us through the new car specs again to be sure we were ready to drive home safely in the rain. The financial agent was great also. As he walked us through the paperwork, he patiently answered our questions. He stopped back by the sales desk to congratulate us on our new Audi. One of the reasons we selected this dealership was the significant selection of cars. They have a wide variety of colors and models. I wanted a black on black car, which I’d had difficultly finding at other car dealerships. Len didn’t blink twice, he had one waiting for us to review when we returned to the dealership! Great experience with a wonderful sales guy!

This is my 3rd car with this dealership. They always offered info sessions on the features of the car and I always skipped them. Finally 3rd car I decided it would be good to take part in a session. Joseph Rossman did an incredible job taking me through the exterior and interior features of the car. Even though I have had the same car 3 times, I learned so many features that I didn't know I had. Great little car for zipping around town and curvy roads. The performance it delivers is outstanding and handling is like a slot car ...very tight. Shifting is smooth and impressive and love the audible exhaust sound...this car is FUN.

Everything was amazing. Everybody was courteous and respectful. The delivery delivery guy was nice and the sales guy was excellent. I had no problems.

The only possible issue someone might have with this vehicle is the initial cost. But, with the prestige edition, after driving this vehicle for a while, you will conclude that it is well worth the price. There are amenities that I have never seen before, e.g., electronic soft closures on all doors. Plus the performance, interior design and quality that you would expect in an Audi.

Earnest Green and Scott Summers worked with me on every concern I had for the remote purchase of my Jeep certified 2021 Renegade, and there were many after an unfortunate sale bungle I experienced with another well known, large scale dealer. Scott and Earnest provided every bit of information I requested and more, confirmed ever assurance I needed, included images to show me the transportation prep as it was occurring, and topped things off with complimentary Sirius radio for a few months to boot. After test driving an RS7 in the DFW area, I knew I had to have one! I've been an Audi enthusiast for years, worked my way from an A4, to an SQ5, and now the RS7 (next R8 Spyder). Audi's are timeless in style and this one is no different. The RS7 is one of the fastest sedans out there and it's sure to bring a smile to your face when you floor it. The Performance Package ($20k+ base) might not be worth it for some, but the carbon fiber exterior and interior are amazing and slight performance upgrades are good. I highly recommend the car if you're looking for a fun, sleek, performance (I plan on tracking it), and family car. It's all in one! Love it.

The car meets my needs for the next few years. I’m happy with the handling and the gas mileage so far. I’m satisfied with all the features and the car is comfortable and easy to drive.

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

The S7 may be the most perfect car ever made...once you get it used. At a whopping 100K price tag new, just wait 3 years and they hit the 40K mark quite quickly. Then, you have the smoothest, slickest, near supercar out there with minimal investment or risk. Best Audi I've ever had and I've had 14!

I am a long time Audi owner and have been to Audi dealers around the US. This is my first experience with Audi Raleigh and service advisor Rich. I received top-notch service from Rich. He was courteous, respectful of my time, and most of all, he gave me a sens of confidence that my car was being well cared for. The service technicians did a great job as well and my car was returned to me cleaned! Add perk was the dealership had an area set aside for me to work out of during the service.

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

20,000 mile service was a smooth and efficient process. I was provided a loaner car. During the service, I received two videos, and the service advisor reviewed information further at my request. I was provided info regarding my next two scheduled visits, and my questions were answered. My car was ready before it was promised. Associates were professional and friendly.

The service was great. Made me feel welcome and made sure everything I needed was taken care of. I definitely will be back in the future. My whole experience was everything I expected.
