Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

This car is by far the best car I've ever owned. I've had various Porche's, Shelby's, Range Rover's, Cadillac's you name it, I've had it. The Audi RS7 is by far the "BEST CAR" out there.

We purchased our new to us 2023 SQ7 from Audi North Atlanta! Paula was our initial Salesperson who was terrific showing us inventory and taking us on a test drive! She even arranged for us to be able to take it to our personal trusted mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. We decided we’d like the vehicle from that review! Paula happened to be out of the office for the next few days while we finalized our transaction—but she arranged for her colleague Erwin to help us! He was just as great as Paula! We had a an easy pick up once the car was ready. And off we went! Within the week we have already driven to NY State and back and it’s a beast! Comfortable and pulling a loaded 5x8 cargo trailer and can’t even feel It! We are thrilled with our purchase…and this is our 5th Audi (and 2nd in the Q7 family). The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O
