I visited Audi Natick late in the afternoon and next day I had all my papers done! Really fast, polite people and they answered all my questions. I would love to go again. Peter Nett is really good at his job, and he is also passionate about cars, that helps a lot. He helped me with everything and he was really honest.
David Jones is friendly and helpful. He listened to my needs and worked to put together a good deal for me. I feel that he was very straightforward, which I like. I traded in my A4. It was a car that I liked so much, I replaced it with a newer A4. I was nervous about buying a used car, so David helped me understand the Certified Pre-Owned. He was very patient in terms of letting me check out a number of the used cars. He didn't call me relentlessly, the way some other salespeople have. That was appreciated. Since moving to NC, I've had my Audi serviced at this dealership. They've always been very good to deal with. Glad to see that same vibe carried through to the sales side of the dealership.

Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! If you are going to Audi Atlanta i recommend asking for Adam for sales and Lee for finance.
Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.
This has been the BEST new car experience we have had in my life! The dealership isn’t fancy (they are in a temporary location while they are building) but our salesperson, Lauren was fantastic! She was brand new when we walked in and was still learning about Audi’s but was so personable and listened to what we wanted with absolutely no pressure. We bought an A5 that they had at another dealership but when we got home my husband had second thoughts about the color and called her the next day. She was wonderful about it and walked us through the order process to have one built. Lauren kept us posted on the progress and we picked it up TODAY! If you are looking for a car call Lauren MacDonald!! She will take very good care of you and you will have fun with the process.

My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.

Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. I chatted online with Parrish before driving up to the dealership and shared what I was looking for and that I was nervous b/c I have had many bad car dealer experiences. Further, I did not want to waste his or my time caught up in the car dealer game. He had such a wonderful manner and attitude that made me feel I was making a good choice choosing Audi North Scottsdale. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly, the facility is beautiful, clean and it didn’t have that loud frenetic noise that so many dealerships have. Parrish was assisting another customer when I arrived but greeted me warmly and connected me to his colleague Louis, with whom he provided the details I had shared earlier. Louis was great, explained everything inside the car and at his desk-he was responsive to my requests and he never played any of those sales person games. Parrish also was checking in on my experience throughout the entire process. I never felt mentally or physically exhausted during this experience. Bill, finance manager was also very helpful and again none of those typical upselling tactics.
