I have nothing but excellent things to say about Lexus of Tampa Bay. I had the best salesperson, Jared, and he was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. I needed to purchase a car for my mom, who is 87 years old. Her car died, and she needed something reliable. She lives in Spring Hill, FL, and doesn?t drive far, and there was no way for her to get to Tampa. I live in California, so coordinating everything was challenging. Jared went above and beyond by arranging for the car to be delivered directly to my mom. I honestly don?t know what I would have done without him. Trying to get a flight to Florida at that time was crazy flights were over $1,000 with terrible time slots. Jared made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can?t tell you how much I appreciate him and the team at Lexus of Tampa Bay. My mom absolutely loves her new car. If you ever need a used or new car, please look up Jared?he is absolutely wonderful. I live in Jax, FL and have been looking for a car since Dec. I had some bad experience's at well known dealerships here in Jax and it made an already difficult decision even more frustrating. I had been wanting the Volvo xc60 for a while now but it was a bit out of my budget so i thought it was out of the question. I stumbled upon a 2025 with 15k miles for 31k and another around the same price at VW of Gainsville... probably close to 10k under anything i had found near me. I thought something must be wrong....but everything checked out! Within hours of finding it one of them was already sold. I reached out immedietly and a nice gentleman named Freddie got in contact with me. I was slightly disappointed because i had a trade that i did not want to drive down, along with a cosigner and figured it would be too complicated of a process. He made things so easy, offered to deliver the SUV AND pick up my trade free of charge...and offered me more than any other dealership had, without even seeing the car in person first! Everything was done remotely and, while i was working mind you. They gave me a great deal and worked with me every step of the way. Freddie was great to deal with and by no means pushy in any way and Willie the manager who helped with all the paperwork was also fantast. The only hiccup was paperwork being sent to the wrong email for my cosigner. Even with that happening and the paperwork being half done, they still came with my car and let us finish the next day (and even that took a while due to work, and WIllie having to stay late just to wait on!) the car was in my driveway the very next morning!!! I would buy from them again and 100% recommend them to a friend! easy, painless, and quick process!
2018 Audi SQ5 review
This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.
