I have been to a few dealers in Chicago and Milwaukee recently, but this was the best by far. Never thought there could be that much difference in a car dealer, but here we are. With 2 large dogs, I was looking for an SUV that would not only accomodate them, but also look good and be fun to drive. The SQ7 really has it all. The sound of the V8 when you put your foot down is incredible and with a 0-60 of 4.3 seconds it always puts a smile on my face., The leather perforated and ventilated seats are comfortable for the longest drives, the fit and finish of the materials are top notch, and the adjustable air suspension you can choose how sporty you need the car to respond. The attention to detail is spot on, I love the fact that you can leave the cover on the panoramic sunroof open all the time, even on the sunniest day and there’s no glare inside the cabin due to the tint they used. I got the prestige model, with driver assistance, luxury and black optic packages. To get a similarly spec’d vehicle from the other German manufacturers with all that this car has makes this vehicle an absolute bargain even with all the packages added. Do yourself a favour and test drive it, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

Bought a low mileage Mercedes Benz from hometown and had a great experience. Price was right, salesman Dylan was great, I walked out feeling that they really care about the customer. Will be back for service in the future.

Replacing my A4, 8.5 years ago, I love the increase of power. Although somewhat stiff, I leave the chassis setting in Dynamic unless the Michigan roads become unbearable in the Spring. And, switching to winter tires when the snow hits allows spirited driving even during the winter. Best car I've owned.

If I could give the customer service experience more stars, I would! Highly recommend working with Mark Donahue for any Audi needs. I was trading in my A3 for an A4 and Mark took the time to answer all my questions and show me the upgrades that I wasn’t used to (it was very late in the day too). Very impressed with all the staff and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.
