I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!
2025 Audi Q5 review
Bought all new Q5 sportback 6 months ago and its been great. Not one issue. Lots of tech and gets looks everywhere i go. I have the Prestige model.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I've driven many makes of quality cars throughout my life and have had many experiences with a multitude of dealers and service centers. Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. 2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.
2022 Audi e-tron review
The Car is just great, but potential buyers beware. One problem is that there is no permanent roof sunshade. I purchased a Porche Taycan sunshade that stays in place with 12 clips, since they are sister vehicles. Living in Florida, the glass roof gets beyond hot and cooks the top of your head. Another issue is the chargeable miles. At 80% charge I get 245 "electric" miles, and at 100% I get just about 300 "electric" miles. Using the a/c, the radio, or head lights will eat up about 45 miles easily. Tune ups are expensive considering there is no engine. My first major tune up this year was $1,600, a lot more than expected. 4 year warranty is up in June, Audi wants $9,300 for 4 more years or 48K miles. I went with a third party insurer for 5 years/30K miles for $4,300. Too bad Audi doesn't have more faith in the quality of their vehicles.
