David Slyman helped me with my new Macan. Explained everything before and after purchase. Had minor issues with left high beam headlamp and he assisted in helping to get it fixed. Service manager was recently let go and hopefully service will improve. Call David when you want a Porsche. He will help facilitate the process smoothly

Tim our salesman contacted us right away, set up an appointment and was ready when we got to the dealership. He was friendly, professional and did not push any other services we didn’t want. He expedited our transaction quickly and efficiently. All around good experience.
2018 Audi RS 7 review
Very impressed so far. Traded in a 2014 Audi S8 and the 4 years of improvements are noticeable. It has very good performance for a stock vehicle (nothing has enough), so down the road I will most likely talk to APR for a tune.

Chicago Motor CarsReviews
Chicago Motor Cars review
Had a wonderful experience buying by 2016 Mercedes AMG G63 from Chicago Motor Cars. Seraj “Raj”Abughoush was an amazing sales representative and cares for me start to finish. I was an out of town purchase and Raj walked the car with me twice, did a road test and even fixed an issue he saw with the windshield during our drive together. His manager was very great with his customer service and I will definitely be back to buy another car with Raj and the whole team at Chicago Motor Cars. Was an amazing experience!
2021 Audi RS 7 review
What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

About as painless and seamless of an experience as I could have hoped for at a dealership. Jonathan was polite, helpful, and responsive, and I appreciated his assistance every step of the way. Went with a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid and it’s already been a huge improvement over my old car. Would recommend :)

Bloomington Normal Auto-MallReviews
Bloomington Normal Auto-Mall review
If you're in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and give Bloomington Normal Automall a chance. It was, without question, the best car buying experience I have ever had, and honestly, the best I have ever heard of. I traveled in from out of state, and my salesperson, Ali, made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We handled almost everything over the phone before I arrived, and when my train was unexpectedly canceled, he even held the vehicle for me for an extra week without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find. Ali and his Sales Manager, Mike, were outstanding to work with. There were no games, no surprise fees, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons or gimmicks, which is especially rare when you are not financing. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true because I kept expecting there to be a catch. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and there is almost always something extra that dealerships try to slip in at the last minute. Instead, everything was exactly as they promised from the beginning. That level of honesty and transparency is incredibly refreshing and one of the biggest reasons this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also respected my time. They knew I was in a hurry, and I was in and out in about an hour. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even though Bloomington Normal Automall is about three hours from where I live, I will absolutely check their inventory first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. The drive is well worth it for honest people, outstanding service, and a completely stress free buying experience. I cannot recommend Ali, Mike, and everyone at Bloomington Normal Automall highly enough. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it.

2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Sam Leman Toyota - BloomingtonReviews
Sam Leman Toyota - Bloomington review
I had a great experience at Sam Leman Toyota in Bloomington. Jesse Bliss was my salesperson, and he was great to work with from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. I really appreciated Jesse’s straightforward and helpful approach. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but he made it a genuinely pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Sam Leman Toyota and, especially, Jesse Bliss to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you, Jesse!

Bloomington Normal Auto-Mall review
Great sales experience with my purchase of a used 2021 Audi A4 - even though I live in the Chicago area. All around great deal and great support staff to help with a quick purchase decision. And special shout out to John Bode, who went out of his way to inform me 2 years after I bought the Audi, that he found the 2nd key ($850 cost!). Awesome service i would say. Thanks again!
