Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Visited scores of dealerships and stores in my life but none as courteous, professional and helpful as this. ALL employees were as described but especially Caroline Snow and Haywood Moses. I would fight to have people of this caliber on my team! What a thoroughly enjoyable experience! I might add that there are FIVE Volkswagens in my immediate family and we are pleased with all of them. I might add I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but it made no matter.

Mr Joe guided me to a wonderful lady Ms Debra Ashford with her expertise I was able to give my wife Alicia with a Christmas present I could be able to afford. It’s was NOT a stressful deal. Ms Debra took the bull by the horns and got it done. My wife was crying with joy while we were smiling from ear to ear. That’s the best I’ve been treated purchasing a vechile. Danielle Wheakley the Finance Manager was rude over the phone and I looked past it and she was rude in person and I also looked past that as well but the last straw was when I sent someone in to attempt to pick up paperwork to save me a two hour drive and she was extremely rude to her as well. I am a Store Manager and I would never be rude to my customers so for me to be treated as such is very upsetting for me. I Loved my saleswoman Mrs. Caroline she was great but Danielle really made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She made rude remarks and made it clear that she didn't care about how I would receive the attitude that she gave. Although I would recommend your dealership to a friend I wouldn't want them to have to work with Danielle. I hated the way she made me feel,it was hurtful and very belittling. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and I have never had an encounter like this before until now. She was very unprofessional and I don't think she understands how customer service works.
Trey was a wonderful salesman for us. He worked hard to ensure that our needs were met. He was not pushy, but had a good knowledge of the inventory. He was honest and willing to answer any questions about the vehicles for sale. With salesman like Trey, we will be back
