I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Lexus NX 350h from Cerritos Lexus. This was about a two-month process for me because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and the team was patient with me every step of the way. Daniel was my salesperson and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He always followed up, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. When I had concerns about the payoff amount, he took them seriously and worked with the team to make sure everything was corrected before I signed. Luis stepped in on Daniel’s day off and made sure everything went smoothly on delivery day. Elaine took the time to answer my financing questions and explain the payoff process. Whalid gave me a fair value for my trade, which honestly made it possible for me to purchase the Lexus I really wanted. Everyone treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with such a big purchase. I never felt rushed into making a decision, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put into earning my business. 2023 Audi Q3 review
Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I was shopping for a g63 amg and Tony was just another dealer that I spoke with and I told him it would be hard to get me approved my first expensive car. He said I’ll take care of it and we hung up. I didn’t really think that he would as I continued my shopping process found another car next day after hours and hours of headache I got approved at another dealer. Before I could buy that car. I checked my spam and it was just a simple email from Tony that says your approval. I love the no hassle no crap approach. He got me the car and at a better rate. I, gonna get the car tomorrow which I’m sure is as he said it is. 100% recommend
2021 Audi RS Q8 review
Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. It has been a little over 8 months since I purchased my mustang gt from Anytime Auto. I have had to make a couple small repairs but overall I'm still so happy with the service I received and how easy it was to make the whole deal happen. The paperwork was so fast and easy, when they gave me the keys I think I was in partial shock. Since I was coming from out of town they did most of it and had it ready when I arrived which was great. The day I came was the only day I had out of work for around 2 weeks and I had to rush about 2 hours to get there in time to get the car, sign the papers and drive home. Also, with it marked so far under bluebook value, very low miles.. I had to get it. Problem was, I needed to go that day but had nobody to drive my old vehicle back for me so they allowed me to park my old car on their property for a few days until I could have someone come back to pick it up which to me was so helpful and was appreciated. So thank you guys for selling me my dream car. She's runnin so nice and smooth.
2014 Audi Q7 review
It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.
