We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team highly enough. thank you.
The service experience was very good except for a problem with my rear sear retracting mechanism that was not working properly. A small part that would solve the problem was not available from Landrover instead the whole seat assembly at a price of $1500.00 was the fix. Not the dealers fault, but Landrovers. I will most likely not buy another Landrover based on this experience.
This was a pleasant buying experience and John is a professional who listens - from the test drive to the negotiations. He even offered to stop by my home and help me program the garage door opener if needed. Picking up the car today was a pleasure - he went over everything about it in detail and I am a happy customer of Morong.

Purchased a new S4 but was conflicted about SUV vs. the sports car given that it's Maine. Jannie and the team were low-pressure, supportive, and informative. My experience with Morong was exceptional from start to finish. This is the second vehicle purchased at Morong and on both occasions the sales people were polite, professional, and courteous. I never felt pressured nor intimidated as we performed the dance of negotiations. I ended up feeling like I got a fair deal and have zero regrets. Purchasing a new car can be an unpleasant experience. In this case we were pleased with our dealings with all the folks we interfaced with and particularly Dan Durham who is professional and not"hard sell". Dan made the process organized and efficient including finding a car in the color we desired at another dealer.Ashley Treadwell was my first contact with the dealership and she provided information I was seeking before we visited the dealership. Richard in finance was both knowledgeable and professional.
I have been to other dealers who have rushed me into filling out paperwork and wouldn't work with me on a price- very different with this dealer. Morong Falmouth provided an easy, stress free experience with no pressure or rush. Tyler was great with answering my questions, and working with myself and the dealer to get the price and accessories I wanted. They were even able to match the rate for a loan that I was pre-approved for at my credit union. I received a call from Matt, the manager, a few days later about a Mazada promotion that needed to be added which would bring down my monthly payments. Overall great experience!
