We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Justin Snead (sales) was great to work with. Very kind and patient with us. We had found a Infiniti QX80 on their lot while searching cargurus.com. We reached out right away and he was very helpful answering our questions. We ended up test driving it the day after Thanksgiving and then decided to buy it the following Wednesday. He was never pushy while we made up our minds on if we wanted to pay the price on that vehicle. Also the finance guy, skip was very friendly and super easy to work with. Their front desk lady (don’t have her name) is also super nice. She always greeted us warmly when we arrived and even took our picture with our new car:)! Overall a good experience.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Great overall experience with BMW salesman, Greg Franklin at BMW of Bloomington. Polite, low pressure and helpful, Greg was easy to work with from start to finish on our purchase. Good communication and follow up after the sale with everything that was promised delivered quickly. Brian in finance was also polite and concise shopping our rate to find us the best deal. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

The manager Erik was super nice. He made the transaction quick and easy for me, had the car waiting for me as soon as I arrived. I sent over most of my paperwork beforehand so I was only at the dealership maybe and hour.

I was very unsure about stepping out get a car that I will own without a co signer I’m very grateful I was able to do it by myself

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.
