Just bought my first Audi and Naomi was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was dreading the whole car buying process based on past car salesmen, but Naomi created a no-pressure atmosphere and went the extra mile to give us what we wanted. From the initial meeting with the service attendant, Samuel Weisman, on Saturday, December 1, my maintenance service was a pleasant and informative experience. Mr. Weisman was careful to explain everything that was going to be done to keep my Kia Soul in compliance with my warranty and also exactly what each phase of the work would cost. He carefully answered all of my questions and was very patient and helpful in trying to explain everything I asked about. The shuttle driver was quick to respond and was courteous and polite as well as being a very careful driver on a rainy, messy afternoon. I appreciate having a service department that I can trust not to do unnecessary work and one that is diligent in maintaining my vehicle in peak driving condition. Many thanks.
I think Auto Wholesale is a smart business model for selling cars. First of all , the owner finds top notch cars and prices them reasonably. There is no sales pressure at all. As a matter of fact , I got to the showroom late in the day and wasn???t intending on buying. After I test drone the car I decided I did want it, but didn???t have my checkbook. The salesman let me take the car home and I returned to pay him the next day. Talk about hassle free service. And I purchased an extended warranty for 2/3 less than what a big dealership in town was going to sell me. I???m very pleased with Auto Wholesale and will be recommending it to anyone I know who needs to purchase a car. Cannot comment on quality of work as have not had to have any work done on my new vehicle.
The employees had been coming into a local hardware store I used to work at for years, always amazing and polite. I had kept them in the back of my mind to consider with my next purchase, and it paid off. The hurricane flooded my 08 Volvo and I was looking for another affordable luxury car with low mileage that would last. My fiance actually had known these guys for years as well and we purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper last month. 1 month later I'm still in love with the car and I can honestly say it was my 1st time buying a car without any anxiety! It was so smooth, the car I've been wanting for over 10 years and the environment didn't feel anything like a used car dealership. I've recommended them several times over the past month and will continue to do so!

I bought my Pathfinder from Bob???s a little under a year ago. My salesman Jud was extremely helpful and the company is as reputable as you can get. A day after I bought the car the check engine light came on and I ended up needing a new timing chain. They fixed it immediately and didn???t put it against the warranty they offered. Since then, they have done repair work for me at a very fair price, and have given exemplary service every time I???ve spoken or had work done with them. I???m a local and I???d recommend this car lot over any other in town. They have all you need, price, quality, and service!
I bought a 2006 Mercedes that had some problem a few days after the purchase . The warranty company did not want to cover the problems. Baucom stepped up and called the warranty company. After a couple of days the warranty company called to let me know that they would cover the problems. Thanks!!!
