I live in western Indiana and had spent several hours on the internet trying to locate the 2018 Silverado crew cab that I wanted. I found it at Herlong in Batesburg-Leesville. I spoke with a very friendly and easy-to-talk-to Reed. After agreeing on a deal, I with my two granddaughters drove 700 miles to Herlong. Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and friendly and made me feel they were truly appreciative of my business. As we were leaving I was very impressed when Reed and his sales manager both came out, shook my hand and thanked me for my business. It is a class organization! I would recommend them to anyone.
Their service dept. is top notch! Great scheduling, prompt courteous service, great communication and no b.s. You just can't get great service like this anymore. I bypass several other dealerships that are much closer to happily drive 40 mins. for the best service.
I was very nervous, and my boy freind to me to go there. My sale guy James Fraley was a big help, he went above and beyond to help me and the financial manger was also get they make you feel like we are great friends, but the other car lots prejudge you looking at you like you can not afford to get a new car from them, not Jim Hudson with them we are all equal. And my daudhter's new car will be coming from Jim Hudson
I was blown away by my experience at Turnage Motors, although my experience with used car dealers is somewhat limited, the experiences I have had have not been great, thus the bar was not set real high. However the level of integrity and professionalism that was exhibited by both Aaron and Roy was phenomenal. As I was browsing Aaron met me and explained the Turnage process-- that each car is inspected and that report is on the dash in each vehicle, as well as the CarFax report for each vehicle. I was shopping for a car for my daughter, I explained this to Aaron and he made some recommendations. On my second visit I returned with my daughter, and both Aaron and Roy greeted her in a very professional manner, this impressed me as not every car dealer is this "female friendly" We test drove the vehicle and found just as Aaron had said that the Saturn we had chosen was very solid. Roy processed our paperwork in a very professional and efficient manner. The level of service the Turnage provides is world class-- we live within 10 miles of Turnage but would be willing to drive 100 miles for this level of professional and integrity. I would highly recommend Turnage Motors to anyone that is looking for a used vehicle.
I was due for a ???new to me??? car and found one online. It was exactly what I was looking for. The used vehicle was detailed and cleaned up nicely. I traveled from Lexington to Edgefield and would do it again for the great no hassle experience. The staff took time to explain the features of the car and show me how everything works. Adrian Nedelea was my Sales Consultant. He is very professional and yet very friendly and patient answering all my questions. Everything went smoothly once I met with Adrian. My only complaint is that my husband and I arrived a little early and the receptionist was not very friendly, but did go check to see if Adrian was in yet. She came back to say he was not in. After waiting 30 minutes, I texted Adrian who had been there since 9am when we had an appointment. The receptionist had not followed up and was perhaps just a "fill in." Adrian said he had asked the receptionist whether anyone had asked for him and she said "No," which wasted a lot of our time. I think the first "receptionist" was maybe just filling in. Need better receptionist training! This is an important first impression for your customers. Otherwise we were very impress by all of the other staff and especially Adrian Nedelea.
I stopped in on a whim one Saturday and test drove a used Honda that I ended up buying. D'Warren Daniels was my salesperson, and he was most pleasant to work with. He and the dealership went out of their way to make this a good buying experience for me. (I had not bought a car in more than 13 years!) I highly recommend working with D'Warren and I have found this dealership to be excellent in customer service.

Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.

They are credit for all credit types and are true to their words. No gimmicks or tricks just straight facts. They will even deliver your car to your home or office. Much better than all local dealers in the Greenville Spartanburg Easley and Anderson area. The salesmen are patient while customers select a car, very courteous and business like.. My saleman research to find the perfect car I was looking for. with the right price. I never have to wait to long for the serving of my car.. All around good customer service.
