The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. They came from ft laud to port st Lucie twice to fix some very small details I was obsessed with. The car was replaced with a nice loaner and the work was perfect.
