Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing experience! It was my first time buying my own car, so I came in with my dad after checking out a few other lots. No pushy salesmen the second you walk in. We had a good five minutes to walk around before Damion kindly approached us and asked if we wanted to test drive anything. We went home to think about the car we tested, but a few hours later we came back and bought my new car. It was very reasonably priced and in great shape!!
