I would like to let you know that Nebil Sado is an absolute asset to the Lexus San Diego team (as is Todd in finance). I found an amazing used Lexus for sale on Cars.com that I couldn't pass up. I made an appointment and showed up first thing Saturday morning (1/6/18 as scheduled). Unfortunately the car was not yet available for sale and they thought there was nothing they could do. Nebil, however, took me aside, listened to the fact that I had just driven for 3 hours to come see this car and although I left empty handed, I was given hope after he took all of my information, filled up my gas tank for my trouble and promised to call when he had more information on this car. He is a man of his word and contacted me first thing Monday morning, then daily thereafter with updates until I was able to come pick up the car on Wednesday, Jan 10th. Due to the long drive and my work schedule, I was unable to get there until 7pm but everyone was so nice, accommodating, and they stayed past closing to ensure we got our paperwork done and drove away with our new-for-us car. We ended up with a wonderful experience from what could have been a negative. I do all of my car shopping on Cars.com and thank you so much for including Lexus in your comprehensive vehicle selection. Lexus has always been good to us. They have a standard of superior customer service and staff like Todd and Nebil who are excited for us even past closing time. Thank you for including Lexus of San Diego in your search results. Capitol Mazda has lots of inventory. So, you can see full range of each car including model, color, 2WD/AWD, and etc. I had services by Victor Bradley to buy 2017 CX-5. He is a really kind person and gives explanation not only merit /positive points but also demerit / negative points. So, even though I'm not an native speaker, he gave me lots of suggestion and patience until I caught the meaning well. I could get a great car with sufficient price with smooth transaction. I think it is a good store if people want to buy Mazda car.

About the dealership & scheduling: This is by far the biggest showroom for used cars I had been to. It also attracts huge crowds, esp on weekends. But the front desk and agents are quite efficient. 5 stars for that. Inventory & Pricing: For several cars I was interested in, DriversSelect seems to have the lowest prices. For the particular car I was looking for, they were the only that had in the inventory. Certainly, 5 starts for competitive pricing. Buying experience: Most of the pre-work is done online, email, text etc. On the day of purchase, after test driving, there isn't any pressure except occasional email pings. I had to spend ~ 3 hrs from start to finish. Not too bad based on my previous experiences. They, however, try to sell hard the extended warranty. Their mortgaging options are also quite limited - its somewhat competitive, but you are out of luck if you want to finance the car with a credit union. 4 stars for that. Agent Experience; Dan Dasch was my agent. Super friendly to work with. The one-stop agent for everything is welcome (though he had to bring in a "specialist" to sell me the extended warranty after I refused it initially). 5 stars for that. Overall: This is one of the pleasant experiences I had with car buying. If you are in the market for cars, worth checking them out. 5 stars overall.

My husband and I had a pretty good idea of what type of vehicle we wanted. We used the Off Lease Only website to search their inventory. Because they receive new vehicles on a regular basis, we checked daily until we spotted the car that fit both of our preferences. We made an appointment for a test drive IMMEDIATELY. This dealership does high volume sales, and we did not want to miss out on this car. Dominic was our sales specialist. He was ready for us as soon as we showed up (with our proof of insurance) so we could test drive our 2017 Volvo V60 Wagon Cross Country!! When we came back Amy in finance assisted us. She???s assisted us with all 3 cars we purchased at Off Lease Only. She really puts her heart into getting the best rate for her clients and showed us all of our extended warranty options. Everything was easy, transparent, and explained clearly. Our Volvo still has 20,000 miles on it before the factory warranty runs out, but that???s only about 1 1/2 years tops. We keep our vehicles a very long time, so we chose the bumper-to-bumper, 8 year plan with a $100. Copay. It only added about $40. a month to the payments. We already knew that if we waited unti the factory warranty ran out, we???d have tough time getting an extended warranty like that one, at a great price. Our experience with Dennis (trade in specialist) was equally outstanding. We were treated very fairly with that part of the process as well. The entire team was awesome and made our experience so much fun!! Thank you Dominic, Amy, Dennis and Paul for another great car buying experience! I will tell all my friends to ask for your team. Ohhh.. I almost forgot to mention... We saved close to $7,000 on our purchase and our beautiful Volvo is in pristine condition! Even our mechanic was happy with our choice. 🤗

I have been a Mercedes only for 20 years and have to say Sears imports hired the right guy this time by the name of Brian👍. My god he made my entire car purchasing experience painless, fast, efficient , and pleasurable. He went to bat for me on securing the best price of my 2018 GLE 350 4 magit in black, had all the paperwork in place, vehicle stage and all fellow workers on deck to complete the transaction. If you are needing a salesperson that truly cares about your happpiness and buying process Brian Podgorski hands down was 10 stars all the way. This car might not have the power of the M235 or M2 however as a daily driver has enough power and comfort. You can upgrade the car easy since a lot is compatible with the high end models. Nice car for the price.

I have shopped for cars in a variety of ways in the past (that CAR place with a MAXimum amount of cars, dealerships, etc...), but I will NEVER go back to those other ways again. This truly was the most transparent way to do business and should be a model of how we can successfully run our own businesses by allowing passionate and knowledgeable people into the correct positions to succeed. Here is our story: We were greeted promptly when we entered the show room. From past experiences, this would have been a dread as often on a car lot, you feel like a meal to the vultures, but they just wished to know what you'd like to do (buy, trade-in, just look around, etc...). They then pair you with a salesperson. We were fortunate enough to have Sam Hackett in sales to help us throughout the process. He educated us in how best to use Off Lease Only so that we get exactly what we set out to find. He showed us the transparency the owners want buyers to have (they provide not only carfax, but a third party company called 360 to let you know about any work done on a vehicle, as well as any accident details that could help make your decision better). He was patient and allowed us plenty of time to view the vehicles with him nearby, but not standing right next to us to eavesdrop like so many past salesmen have done at other companies. He graciously answered all of our questions and for the few he didn't know, he got us contacts to get the answers we sought. Along the process, we also met Chad Wickline, one of the Managers who was courteous and willing to chat for any length of time that we needed. We also met another manager, Gil Amir who sat in the car with us and helped us figure out all the buttons as there have been many advancements added to cars since our last purchase almost a decade ago. Never once did I feel like they were rushed to speak to the next person and we even got to know them as people a little more through the conversations we had. As we are a couple with younger kids, they could relate to what we were asking about due to their own experiences and it made for a very enjoyable overall experience. Our test drive was great! Sam said if we wanted him to, he would ride with us, but if we chose to, we could test drive alone. We loved being able to choose our own options as opposed to feeling as though we were being supervised the entire time. Due to our own timing, we even had to leave before the purchase to pick up our daughter from daycare and they helped us start the paperwork process and then let us go in the middle to complete this task. When we returned, there was Sam ready to say hi and help us reach the finish line. We spoke with Will Huffman in finance who was pleasant and transparent, as well as willing to listen to what we wanted, as opposed to trying to make us do something we didn't feel like signing up for. I could see this process taking some people only an hour or two from start to finish if they know how to use their system properly and know exactly what they want. We required more time than most to make our decision and to complete our extra tasks, but never once did we feel rushed. Sam was with us from 12:30 when we arrived, through 8 pm at night. I know not everyone always believes these reviews are true online, but I assure, this one is. Today they made a lifelong purchaser and client and you better believe I will be letting anyone know that is looking for a car that the best place to start (and finish), is Off Lease Only!

Dale ( poor guy ) was so helpful as I looked at 3 before I saw this one and fell in love with it. Dale was so paitient and calm thru the whole process. He didn't try to sell us the expedition, he tried to make sure it was the right one for our needs . It's crazy until you shop here you won't understand. His words were " buy something that you will be excited to drive not just something to drive " NO PRESSURE . I wouldent title Dale really as a salesman , rather a guide . I know this sounds like BS !! This is my second 2017 I bought here and saved tons of money !! .. just look online before you show up and it's super simple after that . When I brought my RX450h in for its 12-month servicing and safety inspection at 6am on Wednesday, 12/14, I was greeted by a smiling Raymon Tanyos. He quickly and efficiently took down my information, provided me with an estimate of 90 minutes for the service, and ushered me into the waiting area. I enjoyed fresh-brewed coffee and a piece of fruit while I waited. I was even able to recharge my phone at the provided charging station. The service was completed ahead of schedule, and my car looked fantastic, as they had washed it! Such a nice perk. When I checked out, Raymon said the service was free, but I'd need to pay for the inspection. What a nice surprise! Everyone associated with Pohanka Lexus Is wonderful, and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks for a great experience!

This car is wonderful to drive it goes into turns and asks for more. The control in the rain on the interstate is amazing. The seats are very comfortable and supportive. Drove six hundred miles, got out of the car I felt like I could do two three hundred more.

Too complex to take full advantage of info control. After purchase you are sent a "special" to explain how to operate the controls. Apparently even the agents can't explain it to you. The IT guy says you'll have to come back because of the complexity. There's a lot of road noise going down the road.

Hi my name is Nikki I was at Off Lease Only Yesterday And I purchased my Nissan Altima 2017car.my salesperson person was Matt. He's a very nice guy very ambitious. I was between Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima car. the minute I saw Nissan Altima I was in love instantly I said sign me up the good thing that I love about Matt is the fact that he's not only a salesperson he's there to help me with what I want I went to a lot of dealership and all they care about was making the sale and pushing things on me😡 even though I didn't really like those car, but when I went to Off Lease Only I did not have that feelings he listen to my needs he listen to my concern he know I was in a budget and I wasn't planning on going over my budget and a next good thing he said to me was if you're going to get the car you have to make sure you're really like the car because you're going to be making payment for the next five to six years and when you're making that payment you have to feel good in yourself that you made the right decision don't get the car to please me get a car to please yourself because at the end of the day I want you to be happy I want you to be satisfied with the decision you make and he was right 😘. Because most sales person only care about making a sale he did not push anything on me or force me to get something that he know I wasn't comfortable with. That was very nice very, very respectful I love that I feel very happy with the decision I make I love my car and I'm going to be happy making the payment for the next 6 years because guess what it's in my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for thank you Matt for helping me make the right decision all the best. And also the finance person Robert was also great he told me about the benefit of having gap insurance and also buying additional warranty and I was pleased.

From the very first interaction with Lauderdale Infiniti, they have been amazing. I will NOT deal with any dealerships who play the usual price tricks and bait-and-switches. The very first quote Lauderdale Infiniti gave us was in the exact ballpark of what we were looking for. We compared with other dealerships who were $100+/month higher; and when we told them we had another dealer giving us the Lauderdale rate, they immediately said they could match it. I don't have time for that. Henry at Lauderdale was magnificent!!! Very personal touch. He texted me throughout the entire process, making sure everything was accurate and when I told him I needed to be in and out within an hour, he got everything set up and we beat my deadline! When I pulled up to the dealership, Henry was in the parking lot waiting for me with a big smile. He had everything prepared ahead of time. Andrea in the Finance office was incredible! Cannot recommend enough for amazing deals, honesty, and unique service offers.

This car is compact, fun, agile and quick! And despite its quasi-luxury standing, it is well built and has really good interior and exterior materials. Unlike most coupe in this price range, the baby bimmer feels like an expensive gt car instead of a youngster’s showing-off car (yes I mean mustang).

Once again BMW fails in the area of outside mirrors. I also own a 2015 Mustang and it has a better mirror system. Both are two doors and it's hard to reach the seat belt in a BMW. Mustang has solved this problem a long time ago. The 2 series makes a lot of noise when compared to the 3 series. But my 2 series has M components and it is an outstanding sports car and a dream to drive it. It's expensive but I bought a used one with 6 k miles. Simply put, it's a beautiful Melbourne Red two door 228 ix with several M accessories and I love it.
