BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!

Pacific BMW review
We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

I had a really great experience with Lucas. He was super patient and easy to work with from the start. Even though the car I went in to see was sold right before I got there, he didn’t rush me or try to push anything else. Instead, he took his time showing me around and helped me look at a few other options. You can tell he genuinely cares about finding the right fit for his customers. I really appreciated how professional and down to earth he was throughout the process. Definitely someone I’d recommend asking for if you’re in the market for a car. L.Montoya

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.

They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.

Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

BMW of Buena Park review
Thanks to Gregory M. I picked up my custom order 430i this week from BMW Buena Park. We had an issue at first, but Gregory and the Autonation team stepped it up to remedy the error. My visit to pick up my car was perfect. Gregory was great in every way, super friendly, efficient and exemplary at setting up my new ride and explaining as many features as possible. He followed up after the purchase as well to thank me for my business and even answered some additional questions I had setting up some features after I got home. I've purchased A LOT of cars and this was by far a great purchase experience.
