We went there yesterday looking for a used car. My 1st requirement was that I didn't want to be there for 7 hours. Michael was our associate and he did a fantastic job making that happen! He is a fairly new employee of Carmax but I would've thought he had been there for years! He was very knowledgeable and so efficient. He was patient and answered all our questions. I did get my 2016 Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it! I will definitely return to Carmax for all my car buying needs.
2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

Carl and Jay in sales spent lots of "no pressure" time showing me the new 2026 cars and working up a "no hassle" deal that was easily acceptable. David clearly explained the low interest financing and maintenance plans. Joseph spent a good amount of time showing me all the car's new electrical features. He even went to the trouble of stopping by my house to program the garage door opener to my car!! I met with Ryan D. in the service department where he has given expert advice on maintenance with my previous car and I look forward to working with him again. The service at Hendrick is above and beyond any car dealership I have used in the past. Every member of the staff in any department was kind and helpful.
