When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. Although my attitude was just over it and I apologized to her after she still was straight forward, didn’t match my energy and gave me an opportunity to get in a car. Her professionalism and patience with me should definitely be rewarded and I appreciate her willingness to work with me and get me going. Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.
