Getting this car back in jun of 2016 as a brand new lease from BMW of Fairfax, I've been in the service department almost every 2 weeks. I had an accident due to a brake failure, the A/C broke down after 3 weeks of picking up the car, and so far the dealership has changed 4 set of the whole brake system. NOT A RELIABLE CAR AT ALL. Looks are good, Quality is HORRIBLE?!
I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism shown at the Salem BMW facility. Craig was not only extremely knowledgeable but courteous and fun to talk to. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had!! Thanks you Craig and Erin.

If you need a small car with basic features - no camera, no park assist, no alarm, manually adjusted seats - this one is for you.
I appreciate that the dealership reserved my loaner car, completed my service and explained everything thoroughly. I will look forward to my next service appointment.

Great place to service your car! I was greeted immediately when I pulled into the service area, the Service Advisors were very knowledgable and courteous. Thanks to Manager Farhan mirza for getting the car serviced quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable with complimentary WIFI and good coffee. The checkout was seamless too, helped me take care of the payment quickly and I was on my way. Good Job to certified select motors.. All the staff were very friendly!
This is one of the best experience I had at a dealership. Would definitely come back!

Had just got my car totaled. Decided to look online for cars. After deciding on a car I came to their site and asked if a certain car was available. Farhan mirza quickly responded and helped me out. I did the same to another dealership and only got automated responses. Personal service is what I like! And if that's what your looking for, come shop here! The entire staff is really nice! Overall a quick, easy, and great car buying experience. Thank you Farhan mirza you took the pain out of buying a car!
Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
