Was driving in the area yesterday in the afternoon , hit a massive pothole and was stuck with a blown tire. I am not from the area and had never visited the dealer. The people in the service department could have not been nicer! They helped reach a tow company, got my vehicle into the shop , replaced my flat and back on the road within an hour! A+++ service . Could not be happier and will return for service when back in the area.

Rockland is a good ride from Reading... and obviously there are dealerships closer.. but we have ZERO regrets working with Rockland BMW. Michael Perry was our salesperson and he was actually funny to deal with!! Who says that? We all know buying a car sucks right? It's the waiting and going back and forth etc. Michael made the entire experience great! Complete patience while I was undecided on the exterior color and which options I wanted. His knowledge - spot on! His demeanor - hilarious. I would recommend him to everyone. This was our 2nd purchase from him and we will be back for the next!!!
