2019 BMW 330 review
Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

Great service all the way! Chris (& Carsten) took very good care of me. Really appreciated.
2020 BMW 330 review
I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. The ride is smooth as silk and the price is definitely doable. If you're in Georgia check out Tolli Poff at BMW Gwinnett. You won't be disappointed!

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

CarMax Southwest FreewayReviews
CarMax Southwest Freeway review
I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

2019 BMW 330 review
Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

2021 BMW 330 review
This is a solid, luxury car that performs like a sports car but still gets close to 40 mpg on the highway. Spacious interior and truck gives you plenty of leg room for 4 adults. The trunk is huge for a compact. Overall, one of the best sports sedans I’ve owned compared to previous Mercedes and Lexus vehicles.

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙

BMW of West HoustonReviews
BMW of West Houston review
I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X7 from the new BMW of West Houston location, and the entire experience was world-class. From the moment I walked into their impressive new facility, I knew I was in the right place. A huge thank you to my Client Specialist, Tommy Luk. Tommy is professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and ensured that the delivery of my X7 was perfect. It is clear that he truly cares about his clients and the BMW brand. If you are looking for a new BMW or a high-quality Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I highly recommend visiting this new location and asking for Tommy Luk. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!
2023 BMW 330 review
I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.
