I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Service Writer Chris B was amazing with getting us in short notice and at closing as we were in a bind with a broken down Odyssey. He took the time to help me and my 3 terrified children who had just broken down on the interstate and got us into a rental car just before closing which meant he stayed late and went the extra mile! Excellent customer service and just a great human being! The service technician diagnosed and fixed my van promptly and excellently and I?ve no issues since! I cannot say enough great things about this dealership, their service department, and employees! I?m big on good relationships with people I do business with and this is my go to place now for service and car buying needs from now on!

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. We were traveling when our car broke down and we towed to the Hendrick Dealership. The staff at Hendricks were great! We were on our way to pick up our 3 year old grandchild and the team set us up with an enterprise rental car. The repairs were extensive and did take several days but we were updated daily on the status. Due to the car being under warranty everything was covered by BMW. I know we did purchase our car with the Hendricks team but we were treated like we did. This is why I have purchased three BMW's.Great job!!!

I have recently received service from Don Gunn at BMW preowned. I received great communication throughout the process and was courteous and respectful. My vehicle was promised at the time of completion and everything was perfect. Mr. Gunn provided great customer service and my experience was very positive thanks to Mr. Gunn.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

I’ve been to Hendrick BMW for service multiple times, and the consistency in how they treat their customers is why I keep coming back. Ben Trask has been especially great to work with. During my most recent visit, I was facing a significant repair that unfortunately wasn’t covered by my warranty. Even so, he went out of his way to contact the warranty company, advocate for me, and help minimize the cost as much as possible. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire time my car was in service, which made a huge difference in keeping my schedule uninterrupted. This wasn’t my first positive experience either — during a prior recall, when my vehicle had to stay at the dealership for an extended period, the team made sure I had transportation and kept me informed throughout. Overall, the level of service, communication, and attention to detail here really sets them apart. It’s exactly the kind of experience you want when maintaining your vehicle.
