This is my 16th BMW since 1976 and I have never been disappointed. It's the perfect car for me, as I enjoy the performance, the style, the handling and the economy. I'm very pleased with 28+ MPG overall economy in any car that is capable of this type of performance. I cannot imagine that my next car won't be another BMW.
My family & I had a great overall experience at MotorWerks INFINITY in Barrington. My salesman Steve Mink was phenomenal & great w kids. He and Ali Nauraiz in finance expedited the sale quickly so my family could get in and out in a timely manor. Shop MotorWerks INFINITY and ask for Steve. It is comforted but expensive spare parts. It is not a car that can be used frequently. I love it
anyway, she's beautiful and lovely
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Born and raised in the great Chicagoland area but haven???t lived there since 1985. Motor Werks has always been a leader in the luxury car market there for as long as I remember. When I found the vehicle online I was searching for at Motor Werks in Barrington I was put in contact with Sales Specialist Mark Smith. Was I concerned about purchasing a vehicle site unseen? Not at all! Working through the process with Mark Smith was seamless and transparent. From Mark to Rashard in Finance I was treated with honesty, respect and like family. I flew in to O???Hara Airport and took the Metra train to Barrington station where I was met with a Motor Works representative. The vehicle was just as stated, immaculately prepped with a full tank. Took it for a test ride and was very happy. Paperwork was a breeze, took delivery and was on the road and home to Minneapolis for dinner that evening. Mark Smith followed up with a phone call the following day to insure my trip went well. He again contacted me a month later to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could he???ll with. I highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. And of course, ask for Mark Smith.
We had a leased Honda Civic that was due to expire 12/18. We went into Motorwerks in Barrington to see what our options were, We worked with Bill Goggin and he walked us through what we could do. He patiently listened to what we wanted, and spent the time getting financial figures together. We finally decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CR-V LX. I was very pleased with my car buying experience. Anthony Juliano went above and beyond to help me in my decision between an Accord, CRV and other vehicles I was considering, patiently answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the different models and options, all without any pressure. My experience with Linda Naus was equally pleasant. She presented options to me professionally and without any pressure. I wasn't feeling well that day and she made sure that I got through all the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with both Anthony and Linda and I would highly recommend both of them and the dealership to others seeking a pleasant car buying experience.

We made the decision to drive from West Michigan to Knauz after the poor experience we had at the BMW dealership in our town. From the beginning when I inquired online about an X4, Yale was so helpful and friendly. The dealership was able to get the car ready quickly so we could come see it on our days off. Yale kept in touch and sent us pictures and assured us the car looked great so we wouldn???t be wasting our time driving there. When we saw the car, we were amazed, it looked brand new! Yale went on the test drive with us and was able to explain all the features of the car (something that didn???t happen when we did a test drive in Grand Rapids). When it came to buying the car, Yale showed us all the comparables and Knauz had the best price, but they even took off a little more for us driving all the way there. The financing process was great and no pressure to buy extra warranties, products, etc like had happened with our last used car. They even kept our car overnight (covered up inside!) and had a BMW genius meet with us the next day to set our car up (nav, phone etc) for the ride home. We can???t say enough about the great buying experience at Karl Knauz and everyone we worked with there. We will keep them in mind for ours and family & friends next BMW purchase!
I came here (a long way from home) based on so many positive reviews of this dealer. I read the reviews and many were of Roland (Rolly). I just went in and asked for him. Great experience with him. No typical car dealer BS. Willing to work the numbers on both the trade in and the purchase. Very fair. He and the other personnel went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Loyalty just started with Rolly and Knauz.

I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. I love BMW and this car does not disappoint: fun to drive and quick and agile. Only downside is a clicking sound that resonates in the cabin when idling.
I had a noise coming from my wheel as a result of apparent damage from parking boot. The manager took it for a quick spin and discovered it was just something bent. He fixed in in seconds and sent me on my way at no charge. It was a busy day there and they did me a big favor.

This is the best drive train I have ever owned. The transmission is always in the right gear and the horsepower is impressive. I look forward to every opportunity to drive it.
I was searching for a lease on a new BMW, as a returning customer my present BMW lease was coming to an end. I had multiple conversations with with the another dealship in which I had purchased 2 other luxury vehicles within the last 36 months. I was met with slow to no return calls, emails, and poor customer service. I was also told that my car of choice and price point was a long shot at best and was unrealistic. Frustrated, I had a friend who connected me with Bob Geisheker of Knauz BMW. Bob was OUTSTANDING! Not only did he quickly reply to my request, but he offered me multiple options to meet my need and price point. He did this within 7 days, along with his expert team members Doug Kemp and Spencer Parker, Bob had me in and out the dealership with an hour. As a busy professional with limited time and specific expectations, I am sold on Knauz and Bob Geisherker. It was the BEST experience I have had with a luxury dealer.

Great handling, good acceleration and plenty of creature comforts make this an enjoyable ride. Purchased through Cars.com and had it shipped. The process was flawless and a positive experience.
