I walked into the dealership after buying seven BMW previously.. I told Chris Fash the options I wanted In my 320 BMW and the colors I preferred..He did not have it at the dealership but Located it at another dealership with in 24 hours.We negotiated the price in 15 minutes and I picked up the car a week later. I packed up the car and was out of the dealership within the hour. This made buying process very streamlined and efficient. My time is very important to me, and they respect others.
I just recently purchased a X3 and couldn???t be happier with purchase and experience, especially with being a new customer to BMW. Maria, thank you for everything and of course to my salesman, Kyle Gries for taking the time to make everything run smoothly and being so attentive. He was so personable, and could answer any question I asked. Even after, he took the time to make sure I was happy with my purschase, and I know if I still had any questions, he would still answer. Thank you for all that you did, and I would always refer him to anyone I talk to!
Nicholas was absolutely phenomenal as my sales associate. He was extremely professional,polite, knowledgeable about the vehicles, honest. I can't say enough about how well I was treated and how comfortable I felt. I did not feel pressured into buying anything at any time. I never felt like I was in a cat dealership for the first time in my life. He always treated me with respect and was straight forward with me. He is a credit to your dealership. Russell was just as good and worked hard to get me a good finance rate and made it easy to purchase my vehicle..
I recently leased my fifth car from Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for superb service and an overall great experience. My salesman was Robert Cavalieri who is top at his job. He is reliable, true to his word and a great salesman. I am really happy with my new car.
Cliff made me a BMW customer. Wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. Genuinely cared about my buying experience. I am so delighted with this dealership! They answer any of your questions, show you everything you should know about a certain car and you can be 100% sure it wasn't ever burnt in a fire or dumped in a lake!
I just bought a 2017 Countryman for a steal. A friend from Jersey sent me a link to their website. I couldn’t believe it. The Countryman I have been looking for was there and on a big sale. I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Purchased a 2017 Honda Civic, R Title. Buying process wasn't so bad however I did notice that some things were missing from the car (skid plate, valve stem covers, mileage was a bit off from what the title stated (not much), only thing that was a negative basically was that I picked up the car and the gas tank was empty. Didn't get the title in hand right away either.
We just purchased a 2019 Kia Forte from Bridgewater Kia. That???s exactly what our salesperson Brett did and more. You couldn???t have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to be your car salesperson. Brett spent a lot of time with us and patiently answered all our questions completely. He was also very clear and thorough in explaining all the features of the car, as well as all other aspects of the transaction. It was THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had! We were offered a very good deal and very fair trade-in price for our trade. It made the car buying experience a pleasure, the way it should be. I would also like to mention David, who is the finance manager. He had all our paperwork prepared accurately. He was very thorough and patient in explaining everything before we signed all the documents. Never was pressured for any after-sale add-ons. We are very excited about our purchase and extremely pleased with our car buying experience with Brett and David. Dan, (who is referred to in the prior ratings) also stopped by to talk to us and was very gracious. We highly recommend Bridgewater Kia and Brett and the team if you are looking for a new KIA.
