I used to have a 650xi that I loved dearly years ago. Unfortunately, life circumstances dictated that I sell that car. Fortunately, things change and I found myself in the market agahin for another one here recently. I inquired about an 8 series on Hendrick South's website as that looks to have replaced the old 6 series models. A few minutes later I received a phone call from my assigned advisor Zachary. He was very knowledgeable and happy to provide me with any information I desired. He sent me a video as well. Everything looked great, so I decided to make the trip in. Wound up loving the car and driving home in it. I am super happy to be back in a BMW and with the experience that I had here.

My wife and I dropped in to BMW Certified Pre-owned and were quickly welcomed and paired with a salesperson. His name was Zach and proved to be a good match. He was very knowledgeable about the iX and helped us make an informed decision. We narrowed it down to a couple different ones and a few days later drove away in our new (to us) iX. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
