Circle BMW has always been part of our family. They were servicing our Mini Cooper Countrymen for the last few years. They have always been honest, up front and never pushy. Always keeping us safe. When our Mini was sadly totaled due to a flood in our are, I called and Alex (Escobar-Castro) was nothing but short of amazing. He got our deal done quick and literally in a matter of minutes. The whole team made the switch from Mini to BMW bittersweet to complete! So happy to have been able to stay with circle BMW family only this time we’re really part of the family. 😉😉 thank you Alex and the whole crew!

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

mike was super helpful and made me getting my dream car a super easy process!
2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

December 29th. 2023. I would definitely recommend this dealership. My salesman Mike Barfoot was very knowledgeable and Polite, making my buying experience very easy. My business Manager was Sam Kolenovic who was also extremely courtesy, made the process painless. I was a first time customer, but treated like family. I had an excellent experience at BMW and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. A special thank you to Alex, Anthony, Patrick, and Ana for taking such great care of me throughout the entire process. They worked hard to get me a great deal, and their customer service was outstanding. What really stood out to me was how thoughtful everyone was. One staff member even made sure I had food and water while I was there, which I truly appreciated. Patrick was kind enough to take pictures of me with my new car, which made the experience even more memorable. I also received some nice souvenir gifts from Alex, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s not often that you find a team that goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable, appreciated, and excited about their purchase. Thank you to everyone at BMW for making this such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for exceptional service great deals and a great car buying experience!

Working with both Rob and Danny was a great experience. They worked with me on my trade in and got me into the car my wife and I were hoping for. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

This car did meet all my requirements in a new car. It has the power and speed of the M series. The ride and handling are exceptional. The interior styling with blue stitching on the black leather is a class-act.

2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
