I found a BMW that checked off the majority of the features I was looking for, but it was 4 hours south. I reached out to verify the availability and John Romell was the first person to respond to me. John was sure fast to respond to any of my email questions and we talked on the phone to arrange for the sale and delivery. John was very helpful in making the process smooth and pain free.
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.

I went in to look at a car that was at this Alexandria location. Right from the beginning Habib Mehdi gave me a warm welcome and took great care of me. Habib was very knowledgeable about his cars and helped me feel very comfortable with the car. After assuring i was ready to move forward he handed me over to Hash Abbasi, Also another team member of this Alexandria location. Both these guys really took the time to make sure I was ready to go. Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Can speak highly enough of our experience and would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys.
From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. Ricky in Finance did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of the process, and expediting the paper work. The car was a surprise gift for my sons 17th birthday on December 18th. Terrence offered to store the car for 2 weeks on the dealership property, which helped us out immensely.

Priscilla and Shirley are very friendly, we came in one Saturday and never got a hello welcome to bmw... we came across these two who came up to us and asked if we needed help. We were about to leave but thank god for these two ladies!! Had a great experience and became very good friends!

Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me.
