That was the most laid-back car buying experience I've had in more decades than I want to admit. Shaun was great to deal with as well as the finance manager. No pressure, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and stood behind the car with a 4,000 mile warranty.

Everyone who worked with me was phenomenal, especially the sales respresentive, Mike Russo. He was patient, diligent, hard-working, and very kind. I would not be in this gorgeous new BMW if it weren't for his excellent salesmanship. The general manager was attentive and professional. The financial department was quick, efficient, and personable during signing. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was impeccably detailed and waiting in the glass-encased parking spot donned with a red bow. Wonderful experience. Even with a 3 1/2 hour commute to this dealership, I will be back and recommending BMW of North Houston to others.

ABZ Motors review
I purchased a car from ABZ online in April of '26 and I would highly recommend them to any buyer. The experience was easy and great communication led to a painless buying process. Thomas Contreras in sales was very helpful in getting the deal closed and scheduling the entire shipping process including picking a respected carrier. Buying a car online unseen can be risky but with ABZ it was exactly as promised.

Their facility is clean, sales agent (Donavan Rene) is nice & responsive, but had so much misunderstanding on paperwork that we ended up spending a night in Houston. But the dealership paid for our hotel stay and uber. I?ll give them that. They?re worth giving a second chance.

I had the best purchasing experience of my 70 years in buying cars. Geo was our sales dealer who went beyond with his depth of knowledge about the car (BMW X3 30)and his communication skills. Ryan was my VERY patient “Genius” tutor who succeeded, after 2 hours, in genuinely making me feel comfortable in using all of the high tech options available in this car!

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.
