We planned to pay cash and knew exactly what we were looking for. Dylan was fantastic from the start. He truly went to bat for us and made sure we got the deal we wanted. He was extremely personable, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable about the Forester Hybrid. We even enjoyed chatting about life in Chapel Hill and Carrboro. He made the buying process smooth and stress‑free. Joseph, our Encore Delivery Specialist, was equally impressive. He was right on time for our Google Meet appointment and spent a full hour walking me through all the features of the Forester Hybrid. He guided me through a test call to MySubaru and shared helpful tips and “how‑to’s” that made everything easy to understand. I work in a field where I explain technology to others, and I can confidently say Joseph is excellent at what he does. Overall, both Dylan and Joseph made this one of the best car‑buying experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend them and Hendrick Subaru.
