very testingly good. it found it interesting how they did what they did. very personable, good knowledge and over all really wonderful to deal with. Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there

I live in the South Bay area and I drive to Pacific BMW for sales and service needs. I has been with this dealer since the mid 80's and have purchased all my BMWs from them. Whether in service or sales, I am treated with respect and honesty, which I value most, especially these days. I highly recommend this dealer.

great service. got a loaner without an appointment in one day. i thought their pricing is okay and not too bad and got a free car wash too. All bmw service depts are pretty expensive to start with. I also test drove 5 different cars and love the new building but parking is tough to find around brand blvd. area.
The most pleasant experience buying a car in 58 years! I usually dread it, but this was actually enjoyable! It took under 2 hours! Staff is amazing and Don Engle is the guy to go to! Very professional and knowledgeable. Don???t bother shopping around if you want a BMW. Century West BMW is the only dealership you need.
Zach and Jarod are the dream team! They were very kind and professional through the whole process of helping me purchase a new 2019 X5. Zach took my order for the X5 two months before it was released and it arrived 30 days before expected. I was so excited! Zach handled a lot of the paper work be I arrived at the dealership and what was left was speaking with Jarod in finance. Jarod was also extremely helpful in explaining all my options but allowed me to choose what was best. Best sales and finance experience of all time. I???ve been driving a BMW since 2005. Owned one, and leased three from other dealerships and didn???t have a good experience each time. This was my first visit to Century BMW West and I met Zach. This will be the beginning of a long term relationship with Zach, Jarod, and Century BMW. Thank you dream team, you guys are the best!!!
Century West BMW is an awesome place to get your car! I???ve gotten my last 5 cars there & the service is bar none the best out there! Had my car serviced today; they put me in a bmw loaner and my car was done and washed within 3 hours! Can???t say enough about how precise and accommodating they are!
I'm writing this review specifically for RAY!
Not only has Ray helped me pick out the best car, gave me the best deal possible on the car (i know so because I compared the prices of the SAME CAR from 3 different BMW dealerships) and patiently answered all my million questions (since its my first car), BUT he also want out of his way and responsibilities to help me be approved by the bank that did not want to initially give me a lease because of my financial situation.
So, if you need a new BMW, go to THIS dealership and ask for RAY specifically. Your experience does not depend on the dealership- it depends on the DEALERS.
So, if you want to get a car of your dreams, Ray will do everything for you to be able to afford it!
I wish that this is not only read by the customers, but also by the BMW Beverly Hills management because this guy needs a raise!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I received a call from Gonzalo when I was two payments away from the end of my lease. He offered to go over with me some incentive offers for a new lease. Although my lease was financed through BMW Monrovia, I???ve taken my cars to New Century for service many times over the years. I know them to be friendly and efficient, and I was anxious about owing $4K at the end of my lease due to over-mileage. Gonzalo was straightforward with me and didn???t subject to me to the typical sales pitch or try hard-sell tactics. His honesty and the respectful way he worked with me made it the most positive experience of I???ve ever had with getting into a new vehicle. He clearly presented the essential information to allow me to understand my options and make an informed decision. There were no slight-of-hand tricks. There was no B.S. What is usually a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly positive.
BEST DEALER .BEST EXPRIENCE, JAMES WAS VERY HELPFUL. WORKED HARD TO FIND A CAR FOR ME, HE WAS VERY PATIENCE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS
