Robert was great from the appointment making to the car being in to service. I was updated several times with updates and pick up time . I was goven a loaner car and it was the easiest service visit ever . Dropped it off and picked it up with nothing I was not notified about and the quality of everything was top quality. Robert followed up with me several times via text and email to make sure I loved the work and my car . I can???t rave more about the team at Herp Chambers! They are great!

Excellent experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a new car and am sure your search would end there. They will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy and well taken care of. Amazing, caring and helping are just a few of the words I would use to describe them! Pascal is the man! Right from our first visit till we had the car, he was always there to ensure that we get what we wanted. Superb customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He is truly as asset to the organization. Mr. Gill, the General Manager, is always there to ensure that you have an excellent experience, are happy and satisfied. I have the best service advisor - Ken Meltzer. He has always advocated for me and made sure my car was fixed perfectly and I felt happy with the outcome and know that my car is maintained the best it can be and I know I am driving a safe vehicle. I just bought a certified pre-owned BMW at BMW peabody. The salesperson i dealt with was Andrew Madigan. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He answered any and all questions i had and was extremely patient with me. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. The same was true for the finance person, Prerak. He was also polite, courteous, and knowledgable. Both gentlemen made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable!

I recently needed to replace my 2015 BMW 3 series due to a total loss accident. I was undecided as to which BMW model that I wanted. The Client Advisor that I worked with, John Cotter, was fantastic in allowing me a lengthy and thorough test drive in multiple BMW models. I consider myself a driving enthusiast and John understood that. I could not be happier in how accommodating and patient John was in allowing me the opportunity to drive multiple cars. All along, there was never any pressure on me to make a decision. Once I decided on the model and configuration that I wanted, John was quickly able to locate a vehicle to my exact specification. Although this vehicle was located at another dealership, which was not local, John was able to quickly secure the vehicle and arrange for transport to BMW of Peabody and the car arrived in just 3 days. Price negotiation was reasonable and fair and I was offered multiple incentives which resulted in substantial savings. John took the time to introduce me to other members of the dealership staff who were all friendly and accommodating. John has followed up with me a few times after delivery to insure that I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle purchase. Just purchased my first BMW, an X1. The car is a perfect size for my needs. The sales and financial crew were very patient while I made my decision.
The dealership offered me $3000 more on my Volvo trade in than the Volvo dealer.

Kenny Meltzer's top job objective is to create and maintain satisfied customers. He addresses every issue as if it were about his own vehicle. My most recent visit was unscheduled and impromptu. Kenny found a way to fit me into the hour I had available, and completed all my my service needs. Herb Chambers' organization is fortunate to have Ken Meltzer in a customer-facing position. My wife and I recently purchased a car from Alex Robbins and are loving it. Alex found my wife and I wandering around in the parking lot he stopped to chat with us and took the time to get to know our needs without pressure or expectation. He eventually found exactly what we were looking for, arranged to have it come in so I could drive it despite it being a loaner, managed to pull it from the loaner fleet and get it ready on a tight timeline, and delivered the car. He provided his cell and was incredibly responsive throughout. There were times when we came in and Alex was busy helping other customers but he took the time to literally sprint across the dealership to make sure we could get our inspection before they closed for the day. He was personable, diligent, thoughtful, patient and provided the highest level of service.

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
