Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
My key fab would not work. My car was locked so I had it towed to Hendrick BMW South Blvd. Stefanie was very helpful. They were able to get my car running and got both key fobs working. I also asked could they give it a quick wash before I picked it up. They explained they did not have a drive-through car wash, but they would be more than happy to hand wash it. Not only did the hand wash it, but they also vacuumed the inside. That meant a lot. Great Service Thank You

Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South CharlotteReviews
Hendrick BMW Certified Pre-Owned South Charlotte review
After moving to Charlotte in 2019 I shopped for a SUV that could accommodate long trips, two sets of golf clubs and luggage. After test driving all the vehicles available on Independence Blvd we chose the 2020 BMW X5 from the Hendrick dealer. Our decision was based on the quality of the vehicle and the courtesy, professionalism and genuine "hospitality" we experienced from the culture that the Hendrick organization exhibited. Since then they have opened their Certified Pre-owned dealership on South Ave and I have used the South group for all of my service and warranty needs. Kevin P. (service) and Justin L. (service mgr.) continue to exhibit the same courtesy, professionalism that originally caused us to select the Hendrick BMW group for our new purchase. My recent visit included a oil change, starter replacement (recall) and an extensive diagnostic and repair for an electrical issue that entailed a wiring harness replacement. During that effort I was provided a loaner (2026 X3) and continued updates via Kevin on their progress. All, except the oil change, were covered by the Hendrick extended warranty. This is the first time in my life I have ever endorsed a "car dealership". I will continue to share my experiences with the Hendrick group and the quality individuals they have on board.

2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Hendrick BMW review
This was our 3rd new BMW we bought from Hendricks- Charlotte in the last 7 years and due to the royal treatment we always receive we will no doubt go back again.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

Usually my husband takes care of getting the car serviced. This was one of the first times I've gotten the task done. From driving into the building, to picking up the car after service, my experience was really smooth. By the way, my experiences with BMW have always been handled in a timely & gracefully manner.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I came in just to look, didn't have any specific model in mind, I met Jerrand Rego and he was great, showed me a couple of models, gave me all the info on them and made sure I had enough information that I could make a decision when I was ready to buy! Will definitely come back to buy a car from him.

2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

Hendrick BMW review
I arrived early for my appointment and I was greeted, as usual with a smile. Sal Seck was smiling, joyful and let me know that it was okay to be there early. Sal was a true professional. We had a conversation about the items that I saw effecting my car. He always takes his time explaining what they saw or did not see. He asked if I wanted to see the genius staff and I stated yes. I spoke to Cooper M who sat in my car going over the items that were not operating well. He took action and demonstrated functions in the car. Re-Connected my phone to the car. Cooper answered all of my questions. Finally, I spoke to the tire specialist Joe, and he took the time to provide pricing for my tires and looked at the tires to explain that they were not seasonal but run flats. He was basically in teaching mode about the tires! This Hendrick BMW dealership is always comfortable, the staff are always pleasant, and they have tasty snacks. The wait is usually a brief one and I never mind waiting.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

Birmingham Luxury Motors review
Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. Lance, Kali and Joe were all super throughout the whole process. The car was detailed to like new perfection. Lance helped us purchase a warranty with the car and everything came off exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this dealership.
