I want to thank Shawn especially for being so patient with us, he took the time to talk and make the purchase comfortable. He and Uzo are great! We were able to drive two cars and make a decision and left with a beautiful car. This car will need brakes in 2000 miles which was kind of a bummer but other than that our mechanic said the car looks nice. It’s definitely a clean car and overall the experience was a good one. Thank you all at auto imports, you have beautiful cars there!
This team at Brickell, Cliff and associates were great during my purchase experience. Bought via internet and long distance. It was easy. The only recommendation is to have the dealer pay for the return overnight envelope. With as much money as I am paying it would have been nice to not have to pay out of pocket for that. Other than that it was a great experience.
The service department is great and received professional service with respect to the service personnel and the quality of work performed. However, it took 50 minutes for me to get a loaner vehicle and the people working in the rental car department were not friendly and courteous. There definitely needs to be a lot of improvement in the loaner car department. It needs more staff and training that staff to make the customer feel appreciated.
