My experience at BMW maintenance department was a great. Chris, my advisor, was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He made my life easier by having a car for me while I waited for mine to be looked at.

Richard and the loner car people were excellent during our last visit. The tech sent a video message explaining what they looked at and what they saw. When they found the problem they said what they needed to do to fix it. In all an excellent experience.

Had a fun experience with getting my car. Brian our salesman helped from the beginning to the end. With everything I wanted in my car. And he took the time to explain all the bells and whistles this car had. ( there were ALOT!)

The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

I have never had such an easy, pleasant car buying experience! Craig, our sales person, was knowledgeable, likeable, and accommodating. He made us fair offers, both for my trade and for the purchase price of my new vehicle. The process was quick, and the level of customer service was on par with that which one would expect from a luxury car dealership. I left BMW of Salem with a smile on my face, and I will gladly return for future purchases!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience purchasing my BMW from this dealership, even though I'm out of state. Samique made the process seamless—communicative, professional, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Jenn, the finance representative, was just as fantastic, ensuring everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the top-notch service and will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free, premium car-buying experience.

Joseph Taft was patient, informative and hilarious. He made me laugh in each interaction! Willie Higgins gave me a great quote the first time with no haggling. Andrew Fox was transparent about benefits of each service and helped me select relevant, useful products. Sven Wood chatted with me about classic cars and showed me he really appreciated my business. I had a great experience overall and I am glad I went there.
