I found Hendricks BMW to be very professional when dealing with the people there. I bought my car on line and found it to be seamless and easy to navigate through. I had never done this before but wouldn't hesitate to deal with Hendricks again I had bought a previous car at a different store and found them to be honest and forthright there too. I would recommend them to my friend's

I own an older model X3 and still running great. Baron BMW service advisors are honest and don?t charge for unneccessary repairs. They point out things that need to be addressed and rate their importance. I like that. They show me videos of everything and explain them to me so i understand. It?s a great trusting place to service my X3.

Brayden was wonderful to work with throughout the buying process; very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the technical specifications. His follow-up is awesome, keeps me updated on the process of getting the windows tinted. Reggie in finance was great as well; he outlined the details of the lease and ensured that I was pleased with the terms. Overall, it was an absolute pleasant experience.

This is an excellent BMW dealership and maintenance facility?. Staff are excellent and the service techs and maintenance technicians are superb. My wife and I have had great experiences when we purchased her new care this year to them taking great care of my X6 M50I when it needs maintenance or is due for service. Both the Maintenance technicians and Maintenance techs keep you well informed as your vehicle goes through a service.

BMW of Lincoln makes buying a car a very personal and enjoyable experience. I have worked with many BMW dealers across the nation and have never been treated this well. I am an out of state buyer however, would make BMW of Lincoln my personal dealer of choice. Everyone from the Sales Manager to Finance team were absolutely great to work with. Whether you have worked with BMW of Lincoln in the past or are looking for a new dealer, THIS IS THE PLACE!

CarMax OmahaReviews
CarMax Omaha review
My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

I inquired about a car and their response timing was great and gave me pertinent information even if it meant that it was bad news.

BMW of Columbia - MOReviews
BMW of Columbia - MO review
Went shopping for a new car for my wife. Dave Johnson was the salesman and was wonderful. Went back at closing time with my wife to look at the model she wanted. Dave had already went home for the day so we decided to come back the next day. Well Mr. Johnson heard we had come back in and drove from his house back to the dealership to help us after it had closed. We bought the car. My wife had found a Mercedez that she liked but bought the BMW just because of the customer service we received from Dave Johnson and the crew. We will definitely got back for another car.

BMW of Northwest Arkansas review
I just recently bought a BMW X5 from Logan "Client Advisor." He was so helpful and personable! He explained the whole process inside and out! He knows what it takes to have superior customer service and goes above and beyond that to make sure I had an easy, effortless, luxury experience. I did not know they were locally owned either! I RECOMMEND THE DEALERSHIP AND LOGAN TO EVERYONE NOW!
