Tom Wood HondaReviews
Tom Wood Honda review
I recently bought a used 2014 Honda Accord EX-L for $10,000 from Cameron Scott. It had over 100,000 miles, but the Carfax was amazing. I used the rest of my savings to put new tires on it, and every single thing seemed perfect. I’ve had it for less than a month and don't even have the title yet. I know this might sound crazy to some, but the night before the deadline for the Indiana dealership law regarding used cars, I had an incredibly vivid dream. God told me that something was wrong with my car, that I needed to check the oils and liquids when I woke up, and most importantly, not to rush the dealership. He told me to be kind and patient, and they would do right by me. I have never had a dream that vivid with God speaking to me. The morning of, I went out and checked my fluids. The oil and liquids were almost completely gone, and you could tell the car had gotten really hot because the oil was stained right onto the dipstick. I freaked out, called a tow truck, and went back to the dealership. I was under extreme stress because of the car, compounded by the fact that I have stopped every single thing in my life to care for my mother who has MBC cancer. It’s been incredibly tough, but it has led me closer to the Lord. Because of my dream, instead of going in yelling and being rude, I told them exactly what happened—that the car hadn't even been acting weird, but that God came to me in my dream. I was completely shocked by their reaction. Cameron and the Sales Manager, Bob Werner, took complete control of the situation. They responded with total care and understanding, reassuring me that they were going to make it right and it wouldn't cost me any extra money. It's been almost two weeks now, and they are fixing everything. I cannot wait until they are done. After the compassion and service I received, I truly don't understand why anyone would say anything bad about them. Highly recommend!
2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

The entire experience was great, as usual. Jon Ogden is a real pro. I recommend him to anyone. Greg Hull
2020 BMW X1 review
Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

Service was overall good except took a little longer than expected for just an oil change and filter change. Also they lost my car decal on the back of my car I’m assuming during the manual car wash. I don’t understand how they couldn’t find it for me.
2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

I bought a car Napleton and worked with Cole and Drew. They were great at helping us get the car that we wanted with a fair-trade in. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Great sales and service. My service advisor Connor is the best. Had a situation under warranty and it was handled professionally by a very knowledgeable tech names Brice. Good people.
2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

2021 BMW X1 review
The first thing one notices is the quietness of the ride. After that, the handling - surefooted and solid. Love the extensive sunroof. Only owned the car a short while, so hard to comment on value for the money, but loving the easy acceleration of this car and the smooth handling around curves. I wanted a smaller vehicle since usually just me, but one that can handle winter driving and steep hills. The X1 more than fits that bill.

My son purchased a 2021 Kia K5 last week. The entire process was very good. Would buy again!
2021 BMW X1 review
I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!
