Incredibly pleasant and helpful. Willing to listen to my "want" and "don't want" in such a way that made me feel they actually cared about what I had to say.

I just purchased a 2017 used BMWx3. I found The sales rep I worked with was great. Her name was Wendy Charbonneau and she was new to BMW of West Springfield. The purchase of the car went very smoothly because of Wendy. I found myself in a great car and worked with a great dealership. Linda

I had a great experience working with Gazim. He was so patient and kind. After I had driven the car for a few days, he still helped me with my many questions. I look forward to working with him again.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

Went in for a routine service and a follow up with a warranty item. Loved the ease of online booking. Ethan and team iare great with checking you in and keeping you informed throughout the process. I used a loaner this visit but have waited in the past and the waiting area is very comfortable. We have used this dealership for over 25 years and have always felt pricing and quality is what has had us coming back.
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Have been a customer over 5 years over two purchases. Consistently excellent service, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Never recommends unnecessary repairs. Highly recommended.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
