Our assigned Customer Service tech was very helpful, and communicated clearly what the issue was on our car that took another shop 3 attempts and a waist of our money to diagnose properly.

Foley INFINITI of ShrewsburyReviews
Foley INFINITI of Shrewsbury review
I had the pleasure of working with Greg, Gino, and Adam in purchasing my 2017 Mini Cooper JCW. They all took very good care of me and followed up both by phone and by email. Once I got my Cooper, I brought her back to have some minor items that we had discussed taken care of and the parts/service department is just as great. There was no hard sell, just a bunch of nice guys who went above and beyond. Have already spread their name to my coworkers and anybody looking to buy a quality vehicle. Thank you!
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Foley INFINITI of Shrewsbury review
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life. I recently purchased a 2017 M3 from Foley Motorsports, which is my 14th vehicle purchase. Foley was able to give me a great deal on their vehicle, and gave me a very fair offer for my trade. I was able to negotiate, purchase, sign and take delivery all on the same day! I was literally in and out in an hour (mind you its a pandemic so things certainly aren't AS busy as usual...) RJ and his staff are very efficient and are sure to not waste your time like most dealers do! If you're in the market for a used vehicle, CHECK OUT FOLEY MOTORSPORTS!

I visited BMW of Norwood to have my car serviced. I was left speechless with the professionalism and respect I received. I have been to four other BWW dealerships for service in the past. They by far beat all my expectations. I will go back to the dealership again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

BMW of ShrewsburyReviews
BMW of Shrewsbury review
I used to live within 15 minutes of the Shrewsbury dealership and incorrectly assumed that all BMW shops were the same. After moving out of the area, I quickly learned that I was incorrect. Nobody answers the phone at the dealership near me. Even if you know your party's extension number, you go straight to voicemail. I've never been sent to voicemail with Shrewsbury. I was having a problem with one of my windshield wipers and called Shrewsbury. They put me on a brief hold to make sure they had the proper replacement blades. Then, they told me I could come in anytime. When I arrived, I was seen immediately. The customer service is top notch. I will now drive 2 hours out of my way to visit Shrewsbury BMW.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I just had my first oil change completed after purchasing a vehicle in Dec 2025. Everything went extremely smooth I also changed my appointment the same day through the website which was amazing. The Rep I worked with was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Bought another BMW and had an awesome experience working with Hadi Eslami. He made the whole process super easy and stress-free from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful, and just great to deal with overall. You can tell he treats all his customers this way. Couldn?t be happier with everything. Definitely recommend asking for Hadi if you?re buying a car!

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
