I’ve been to Hendrick BMW for service multiple times, and the consistency in how they treat their customers is why I keep coming back. Ben Trask has been especially great to work with. During my most recent visit, I was facing a significant repair that unfortunately wasn’t covered by my warranty. Even so, he went out of his way to contact the warranty company, advocate for me, and help minimize the cost as much as possible. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire time my car was in service, which made a huge difference in keeping my schedule uninterrupted. This wasn’t my first positive experience either — during a prior recall, when my vehicle had to stay at the dealership for an extended period, the team made sure I had transportation and kept me informed throughout. We were traveling when our car broke down and we towed to the Hendrick Dealership. The staff at Hendricks were great! We were on our way to pick up our 3 year old grandchild and the team set us up with an enterprise rental car. The repairs were extensive and did take several days but we were updated daily on the status. Due to the car being under warranty everything was covered by BMW. I know we did purchase our car with the Hendricks team but we were treated like we did. This is why I have purchased three BMW's.Great job!!!
